Brightwater Condos is a massive master-planned condo and townhome community located in Port Credit, Mississauga. West Village Partners (which includes four builders namely Kilmer Group, Diamond Corp, Dream and FRAM + Slokker) purchased an expansive 72-acre of land in one of the prime locations in Port Credit to build this diverse condo community. In the community, there will be over 2,500 condo units and over 400 townhouses along with single-family homes. Eight condo towers of mixed-use are planned for this project where there will be a mix of residential, retail and office spaces. The condo towers will have a maximum of 29 storeys. Four buildings will be solely for commercial use, having retail spaces. The condos are likely to be high-rises. This work, live and play condo+townhome community will have access to over 18 acres of public park and open spaces.
