The second block sits immediately east of block one, situated mid-block on Glen Road, south of Bloor. This portion’s proposal calls for the conservation of six semi-detached heritage buildings, which will be retained for residential use. It also calls for seven three-story residential townhomes along a lane behind these houses. The townhomes will have access to the underground parking garage in block one.

These two condos will be connected by a two-story podium fronting Howard Street and an eight-story podium fronting Bloor Street East.

These podiums will contain a mix of residential, commercial, and retail spaces.
