Brooklin Towns is a new approach, a fresh perspective, and a vibrant extension of the community built with every lifestyle in mind. Launching in Summer 2023, Phase 1 will feature a mix of Street Towns, City Towns, and Traditional Towns. Brooklin towns is located just north of Whitby, where Highway 407 meets Highway 12, Brooklin, Ontario is a thriving urban hub offering all the modern conveniences with subtle nodes of historic charm.

Brooklin Towns in Whitby enjoys excellent connectivity, with access to major thoroughfares such as Highways 401, 407, and 412, as well as convenient transportation options like GO Transit and Durham Regional Bus Transit. Additionally, the city is just a 45-minute drive from Pearson International Airport, Canada’s largest international airport. Whitby also hosts three esteemed post-secondary institutions: Durham College, the University of Information Technology (UOIT), and Trent University Durham.

Whitby is a part of the rapidly growing Durham Region, which is projected to require more than 89,000 new homes by 2031. However, the estimated supply is expected to fall short, with only around 65,000 homes anticipated to be delivered. This shortfall of over 24,000 homes will drive increased demand, resulting in upward pressure on real estate values and rental prices.
